Moth

Some believe that the soul of a deceased relative can take the form of a moth to visit us in this realm. In a waking dream I experienced a visitation, a brief embrace, a familiar cologne. Science explains this phenomenon away. “Moth” acknowledges the visitation and honors my body’s truth.

Hand-Cranked Sound Baths

Each hand-cranked sound bath sculpture has its own sonic signature, operating them by hand gives you agency in your sensory sound experience.

Vintage bingo cages, coiled wire, post-consumer steel and aluminum can tabs, and assorted can closures.

Rotating columns

Three sensory columns made of can tab chains suspended from slowly rotating motors create a meditative sensory environment with shimmers of light and shadow, moire patterns, and depth of field illusions.
